After yesterday when a US appeals court denied Trump's appeal it would appear that it is defamation outside the NY courts and also in the US courts. By the way, if you read the Appeals Court decision where they describe Trump's actions of pushing her against the wall and attacking her it is clear even the appeals court accepts that

Maybe if you bothered to read actual court rulings you would know what year it happened.
I suggest you read the appeals court ruling. It includes much of the evidence you say doesn't exist.
