There is no tape of the senate approving 2020 election. why not?

but so far they have been ruled unconstitutional.

it's like a real ruling and shit.

The law was passed by the Pennsylvania Republican controlled legislature...

...and almost certainly will be upheld by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The ruling was of an individual judge with Republican connections...and seems to be a joke.

But...hang on to the hopes, AssHat. It is almost all your side has anymore. And...it might work out although I, and lots of other observers, think not.

In any case, the law WAS in effect during the election...and nothing will change.

Oh, something will change, change is constant. What will change with this is it won't happen so easily again.

Too bad that, Matt.

The easier we make voting...the better for our nation.

Democrats want to make voting easier.

Independents want to make voting easier.

Republicans...not so much.

Why is the assumption that low voter turnouts favors Republicans so prevalent?

Why are Republicans so sure that lowering turnout is to their benefit?

Verifying that votes are legitimate is not a bad thing, Frank.

it shouldn't be so easy that there's no security, retarded dill-hole.

I have not said anything about security.

And I think your side is not concerned with it either. You guys just want to keep the vote as low as possible, because it favors your side.

We both realize that.

And if it's too "dangerous" to tape,

it's too dangerous to vote.

Election rules were changed unconstitutionally.
The result should be set aside prima facie.
Deep state strong armed the senate on 1/6 into approving the mess without debating objections or actually voting.
There is no tape of the vote.

Where in the US Constitution does it say that the Senate has to vote to approve the election?

The counting of the electoral votes happens in a joint session of Congress. That means both the Senate and the House are in the same chamber.

Fake votes disenfranchise citizens, Frank.

Your side is more worried about a lot of votes rather than "fake" votes. The only fake votes found in the 2020 election were from Republican voters.

Your side should be as interested in getting maximum participation in voting as our side is. YOU ARE NOT. Your side is interested in limiting votes no matter what.

We both realize this, Matt. Just about everyone realizes this.

I found the real deal for Wisconsin:

https://www.wicourts.gov/sc/opinion/DisplayDocument.pdf?content=pdf&seqNo=315283

No "Framing the narrative" there. Just the facts. ;)

And here's a "media article" about the Wisconsin thing:

https://thefederalist.com/2020/12/1...a-not-reason-to-abandon-voter-id-requirement/

It's looking right-biased, but there's not much from left-biased media on the topic. I would guess they'd rather not cover that news.

I guess you don't understand a few things.
There is a difference between a law and a constitution. If something violates the law it does not mean it violates the constitution.
To answer these questions, we interpret Wis. Stat.
§ 6.86(2)(a) (2017–18)

Then the same court also ruled that the election was valid and the result should stand. Biden won Wisconsin.

In the majority, conservative Justice Brian Hagedorn joined the court's three liberals to confirm Biden's win. They found one of Trump's arguments was without merit and his others were brought far too late.

Can you show us a tape of any congressional approving any election? WHY THE FUCK NOT?

Dude, there are reasons why you call yourself an asshat!

no. we are. you are not.

drop boxes and such violate "chain of custody" concepts, and facilitate ballot harvesting and hoaxes.

:truestory:

mystery boxes of ballots appear after counting has "stopped".
