Things blacks never did.

No pre-contact Black society ever created a written language, or weaved cloth, or forged steel, or invented the wheel, or plow, or devised a calendar, or code of laws, or system of measurement, or math, or built a multi-story structure, or sewer, or drilled a well, or irrigated, or created any agriculture, or built a road, or sea-worthy vessel. They never domesticated animals, or exploited underground natural resources, or produced anything that could be considered a mechanical device.

And I thought the likes of Brietfart, InfoWars, and Gateway was about as desperate as a winger could get, but using bullshit put out by a recognized propaganda site operated by a radio talking head is about as hysterical as it can get

Guess your radio demagogue never heard of the University of Timbuktu, oldest University in the world, not surprising

The ancient African kingdoms of Kush, Mali, Benin and more knew the principles of metallurgy and had writing systems.

An African slave taught the American colonist Cotton Mather how to innoculate for small pox. The principles of innoculation were understood in West Africa before they were in Boston.

When you get right down to it your European ancestors did not invent writing systems. They learned how to do it from elsewhere.

The barbarians in western and northern Europe had to be taught writing by the Romans.

And where did the Romans and Greeks learn their writing system? Not from Europeans. From the Phonecians in Lebanon and Syria.

African Iron Age and African Metallurgy

Some recent studies date the inception of iron metallurgy in Africa between 3,000 and 2,500 BCE.[1][2]

Evidence exists for earlier iron metallurgy in parts of Nigeria, Cameroon, and Central Africa, possibly from as early as around 2,000 BCE.[2]

Some evidence from historical linguistics suggests that the Nok culture of Nigeria may have practiced iron smelting from as early as 1000 BCE.[3][4] The nearby Djenné-Djenno culture of the Niger Valley in Mali shows evidence of iron production from c. 250 BCE. The Bantu expansion spread the technology to Eastern and Southern Africa during c. 500 BCE to 400 CE, as shown in the Urewe culture[5] of the Lake Victoria region.

So, you tacitly confess you were lying your fat ass off in claiming subsaharan Africa did not have iron metallurgy prior to contact with Europeans.

The iron age did not start in Britain until 800 BCE, which is 1,200 years after iron metallurgy got underway in Nigeria Camaroon, and central Africa.

No - i am not confessing that. YOU are the one who said blacks used to be advanced and now YOU need to explain why they are now so poor and backward.

Geographical changes and colonialism.

HAHAHAHA. It was under colonialism that that africa peaked !!!! 60 years ago Rhodesia and South Africa were first world countries and even the congo had lots of roads and schools and hospitals. Then blacks took over. Same thing happens in american cities. Blacks move in and the city collapses.

The colonialism that occupied and ruled these nations prevented blacks from developing their own self-rule. Your references are after they ended white rule. Colonialism occurred much earlier than 60 years ago.

You falsely claimed subsaharan Africa did not have written language or metallurgy prior to European contact.

Your claim was comically wrong.

Iron metallurgy existed in west and central Africa one thousand years before the iron age even came to Britain.

Written language existed in the Kingdom of Kush centuries before the foundation of the Roman Republic.

Moral of the story: you are either remarkably stupid, or you were lying your enormous fat ass off.

African economic development was retarded by colonialism, which created artificial European colonial boundaries without regard to the linguistic or social and cultural fabric of the continent.

Until the 1960s, all of Africa's public infrastructure, transportation networks, and railroads were designed by colonial overlords with one purpose in mind: to extract resources from the interior and get it to the coast for export to Europe

There was no infrastructure existing which would promote intra-continental trade and development.

That was a serious deficiency which has held back development for decades.

Corruption cannot be overlooked as a problem, but corruption is not manifested by DNA and skin melanin. Corruption is a global problem, as we have seen recently having had our most corrupt president in history.

Thread wrap-up

Moral of the story: the thread author got all his knowledge about Africa from old Tarzan movies.

That's.... patently false. There are a number of ancient written languages by 'Black Society', including Tifanagh (an ancient Berber script), Ge'ez, which developed in Ethiopia around 8th century BC, etc..

And they most certainly were weaving cloth.

As to a calendar, the oldest calendar, and one of the oldest megalithic structures around, is Adam's Calendar, at over 300k years old, which was a stone circle with solar and astronomical alignments that could be used to predict celestial events as a calendar (spring, summer, fall, etc.)..

In South Africa people were using boats for fishing as far back as 70,000 years ago.

Your source is utterly full of shit.

No - i am not confessing that. YOU are the one who said blacks used to be advanced and now YOU need to explain why they are now so poor and backward.

YOU are the fucktard who claimed that no pre-contact Black civilization developed iron, written languages, etc., and now after being shown to be fucking full of shit, you try to deflect from your stupidity like the pathetic little pussy-ass cunt you are.
