congressional insider trading is worse.
this is why you are losing.

Not a lawyer and I don't know but all crimes should be prosecuted. Abusing one's office is a crime. Abusing it for profit is a crime too.
Why do you think some crimes should be dismissed because of the political affiliation of the defendant?

This is hardly minor tax evasion. And it’s not a first for Thomas. He is also required to disclose his wife’s sources of income, although not the amounts. When filing, he entered “NONE” fir his wife’s sources, even though she had income from several conservative sources.
Couple his lack of disclosure on this real estate deal WITH THE SAME GUY who paid for hundreds of thousands of dollars of vacations, you’ve got a real ethics problem on a Supreme Court justice, no less. One who rules on cases involving his wife’s interests.
Too boot. His court has no ethical conduct standards. Crazy

Will you see it coming?
you're out of gas, boomer.
This is small potatoes.
Sooooo....according to you, a little corruption is okay? When does a little corruption become big enough to count?
I dont know that Clarence Thomas took a cent of the sale money.
Yet you think it's "small potatoes". Does that mean you believe it shouldn't be investigated?
What should be done if Thomas was taking bribes?
The fact you've prejudged this is interesting, #10. First you say it's "small potatoes" and now you claim it's harassment to investigate the multiple counts of malfeasance on the part of Thomas. If the property was worth what it was sold for then there is no chance that it was a bribe. Harass Clarence if you must but there is zero chance this is anything but a find an excuse to impeach Clarence Thomas issue.
