We are at a point in our history where optimism could very well be the first sign of dementia.

You don't force people who, with good reason, truly loathe one another, to live in the same house.

That forced the Soviet Union to disband.

That forced Yugoslavia to disband.

That forced Czechoslovakia to disband.

Apparently ALL of those nations were a hell of a lot smarter than we are.

We're still trying to survive as a dysfunctional union, and we're failing miserably.

My disgust continues despite the removal of the diseased orangutan. We still have Moscow Mitch and the ever-more-fascist SCOTUS,
all because we think fervent enemies can live in the same house.
I honestly believe that Americans don't want to live peacefully.
If they did, they'd recognize the best way to do it...and they very clearly don't.
Instead, they perpetuate the misery and insanity of the obsolete and dysfunctional 50-state model.

It has nothing to do with you disagreeing. Your argument is EXACTLY the same one used by the left when it came to Obama. Opinions against Obamacare or any other policy he supported were met with claims of racism and hate of him because of his skin color despite nothing related to either one being stated in the opposition opinion.
