If Israel is trying to commit genocide, why are they not just taking out the entire hospital, why just a wall? Also, if their goal is genocide, why are there so few civilian deaths when compared to the population density?

Well... You don't have to be an army general to know that not warning civilians would allow you to kill more civilians. Using bombs that have a wider damage area would kill more civilians. Not just damaging the walls of hospitals or other populated buildings, but blowing up the entire building. You know... Very, very obvious things like that.
