As someone who knows, close to 90% of FL State workers are black.

If your paycheck comes from the State of Florida, the chances of you being black are very high.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing and people do wonderful jobs, but that is just how it is.

There might be a tiny flake of discrimminy-scrimmy-nation in the hiring practices for state workers. Over and above what naturally happens. Without any discriminatory BS, the percent of black FL state workers is about 65%.

With BS happening, it's closer to 90%.

You never wrote a paper in college--well in your case of course not since you never went-- Anyway... a common practice in college among students is to write papers that are pure drivel but will please the professor and get you a good grade. It worked for Jill Biden for her doctorate, so why not this guy too?
