Well our institutions have all crumbled with little resistance. Allen Bloom warned of this in The Closing of the American Mind as he documented how Universities almost instantly capitulated to the student movement in the 60's and early 70's...even what were considered to be the best schools. Now everything is gone, even the courts and military.

Its all over, and very few people even now can figure this out.
