I said if/when the current averages rise by another 50 and 40 cents, they will be higher than the highest under Biden, which is completely true. I also said that the current averages were higher than they were at this point under Biden, which again is completely true.

trump's war is 10 times worse for the oil markets than Putin's war. What that will translate to in prices, after trump runs out of reserves to mask the problem, is anyone's guess. It is certainly going to be worse than anything under Biden.

Gasoline prices across the U.S. surged to an average of $4.54 a gallon on Wednesday, the highest since July 2022, according to AAA data.

The price of regular gas has jumped 52%, or $1.56 per gallon, since the start of the Iran war in late February, as disruptions to oil flows in the Middle East drive up costs for motorists. The cost is approaching the highest-ever gas price, when it reached $5.02 a gallon in June 2022 during a pandemic-era spike in inflation.

"Gasoline prices rose in every state over the last week, with some of the most significant and fastest increases concentrated in the Great Lakes, where states like Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois saw sharp spikes, while Wisconsin experienced more modest gains," Patrick De Haan, a petroleum expert at tracking service GasBuddy, said in a report.

Even if the U.S. and Iran reach a peace deal, gas prices are likely to remain elevated for months to come, experts predict.

It looks like Iran might just be getting the Strait forever... trump does not have a solution.

It also looks like the prices will more than double before recovering... But here again, there is no solution in sight.

Iran will not lose the nuclear knowledge they gained because of trump, and it does not look like they will lose the weapons grade uranium either.
