Trump is a rapist that wasn't convicted of rape. He probably isn't the only rapist that was never convicted. But a jury found he committed acts that I consider to be rape so in spite of your defense of a rapist -

The entire event likely never occurred at all.


She likely just manufactured the event whole sale, in pursuit of cash.


A very corrupt Judge and biased jury, in a trial that was completely corrupt, was used to create a false verdict. I suspect it will be overturned on appeal.

The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was “raped” within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump “raped” her as many people commonly understand the word “rape.” Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that.
