With regard to the critical Supreme Court decison re Texas, we now know that the Chief Justice, John Roberts personally hated Trump, so the SCOTUS decision against him was almost certainly motivated by political animus..


With most of the other federal courts Trump appealed to, his cases were thrown out on procedural grounds, so in many hearings his evidence of electoral fraud was never even examined by the courts. The federal courts are politicised so Democrat judges were not prepared to give him a fair hearing. Also, although the Trump team has a lot of solid evidence, for a number of reasons, PROOVING it in this situation (theft of the 2020 election) was not easy, legally speaking.
