Trump is threatening the EU with 200% tariffs on wine, champagne, and other alcoholic products, if the EU doesn’t remove its 50% tariff on whiskey

Whiskey exports amount to a mere 13% of US whiskey production. They'll be just fine. Europe however, not very good at all.

If you had a brain, you could comprehend basic math and economics 101.
A 13% cut in profits is now “very fine?” Tell that to the small businesses in the industry

And sure it will hurt EU wine production, but with Trump pissing off just about everyone other than Putin in the world he has opened up new markets for others exports

And once again he proved me correct
And once again, you cry like a brainless little baby. Have some cheese with that whine snowflake.

Not profits you insufferable moron, SALES. God you're a fucking dumbass.

Whiskey isn't a small business you brainless dumbass.

Really brainless wonder dunce? What markets would make up the massive amount for sales to the US? You really are too stupid for words. But then, that explains why you voted for an airhead like Kamala. :palm:

Again, the tariffs will crush European producers and hardly bother US producers, no matter how loudly you pound your tiny insignificant little fists on the table.

We export less than 2 billion in whiskey to the EU. And the EU exports about 14 billion dollars of wine to the US. Checkmate for Donald Trump. Game over.

You only speak for yourself.

U.S. Wine Industry Surpasses $107 Billion In 2023 Sales, Report Reveals

Yes, it's easy to make drunks pee themselves whenever there is some chance booze will disappear. Don't worry, the science is well known, and you make your own booze in your bathtub. But hey, it was bad enough when they actually made driving around drunk on your ass illegal, eh? No need to keep harassing innocent drunks via taxing imports.

63% of all American alcohol exported is whiskey, meaning that huge market you are talking about will have to pick up their consumption considerably. And if they have that much disposable income they will pay the price

So what? It isn't necessity, never was, and we don't need foreign imports of booze, dumbass. We need more drunks like we need more cancer.

Who said it was a strong economy? Brian dead democrast maybe. Someone here stated Trump inherited a strong economy. That was laughably false.

What I am saying, and that which you lack the brain to comprehend, is that Trumps policies will lead to a much stronger economy and prosperous future. Expecting that to happen in seven weeks is the realm of dumbasses on the left who voted for Kamala.
A strong economy doesn't require debt, so tell me the last time the US had a strong economy.

Capitalism goes bankrupt every 5 years and needs a bailout. Trump was selected to deal with a 1929 type bankruptcy. We get to watch systemic collapse.

I bought a box of microwave popcorn.

Debt isn't economy. A strong economy can occur with or without debt.
Capitalism goes bankrupt every 5 years and needs a bailout.
Capitalism cannot go bankrupt.
Trump was selected to deal with a 1929 type bankruptcy.
The year is 2025, moron!
We get to watch systemic collapse.
What 'systemic collapse'???? :omg:
I bought a box of microwave popcorn.
Like to waste money, eh? Don't overcook it!
