Did you bother to go look at it? How much of it is redacted so unable to be seen? How many people have actually gone and read the 1800 plus pages? In cases where the jury pool is tainted it's because the media stories are so biased against the defendant that the jury pool has already made up their mind. That is hardly the case here. That wasn't the argument I was responding to. The claim was the court filing would prevent Trump from getting a fair trial. Trials and court motions are supposed to be public in the US in order to be fair and allow the public to view the process. It is the basis of our court system.

The courts can't give defendants running for office a pass otherwise everyone arrested will just declare they are running for office in order to never go to trial. The evidence is clearly strong enough for Trump to be indicted and the case to not be dismissed for lack of evidence. If Trump hadn't committed a crime, he wouldn't be on trial.

The 1899 page appendix is a direct result of the Trump lawyers motion demanding that the prosecutors prove they have evidence to charge the crime. The appendix is simply the support of the 165 page filing.
