Trump knew exactly what was going on

Lev Parnas, the associate of Rudy Giuliani who has been indicted for campaign finance crimes, called out President Donald Trump directly in a new interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.

The interview, which will air in full Wednesday night, came out the same week in which House investigators released several new troves of evidence — including texts, letters, and hand-written notes — that give a much more detailed look into the background dealings of Trump’s Ukraine scheme than we’ve seen before. Some of those texts indicate that Parnas was texting with someone who surveilled the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine. There’s even some indication, though it’s not clear how serious it was, that they may have been considering threats to her security or life. Trump eventually fired the ambassador, a goal Parnas, Rudy Giuliani, and some in Ukraine were seeking.

“What do you think is main inaccuracy, or the main lie, that’s being told that you feel like you can correct?” Maddow asked Parnas, in a clip first aired on Ari Melber’s “The Beat.”

“That the president didn’t know what was going on,” Parnas said. “President Trump knew exactly what was going on. He was aware of all of my movements. I wouldn’t do anything without the consent of Rudy Giuliani or the president.

The whole Trump cabal was involved in pressuring a brand new Ukraine president. They worked together to get a long-time highly respected ambassador out of the way because they knew she would not play ball. Yovanovich had her reputation and career destroyed. Trump does what he wants and defies you to do anything about it.

If it's important now, then it should have been important prior to them voting on the Articles of Impeachment.

I doubt that they're going to get another "bite at the apple". :good4u:

This information was not known prior to the voting on the impeachment. Thats just why Nancy did the right thing to wait.

So they hurried their investigation, tried to jump the shark, failed, and now want to have a "mulligan".

Now rightys are crying about hurrying. Before they cried about why it was taking so long. There is no mulligan. the House can offer a new impeachment if they feel the need.

So you don't care if it's true that the POTUS has been lying through his teeth - it's inadmissible, right?

I think this is the part where you acknowledge the argument about PROCESS!!!!!!! As in 'had the democrats followed the PROCESS, then they'd have had a much better case for impeachment'...............see how that works?

Lol, such a bogus argument. Usually, the DoJ does the investigation, that wasn’t the case because Barr is obstructing. The process was broken before it started, so naturally, the process is different.

Can you imagine the innuendos and conspiracies that the right wing media could fabricate if it had the mountain of evidence on a Democrat that has been assembled against Trump?

They have fabricated an array of Clinton conspiracies on everything from contributors to their Foundation to who appeared in what photo, a whole "deep state" plot based on a dozen phrases cherry picked from over five thousand Emails, and even implied a political hit cause the DC police couldn't immediately solve a murder of a Clinton aid

But here, with all kinds of evidence and more exposed nearly daily. the right's media is skeptical, even beyond skeptical, deniers that there even exists the possibility that it all could be true

the DoJ does not do an impeachment investigation ROFL
No, they don’t do impeachment hearings, but they do investigations which are presented to Congress to aide in their impeachment proceedings to determine if evidence warrants impeachment articles. The FBI is part of the DoJ.
