That is a lie. The president cannot click his heels together and declassify.
It's funny you say that ... because that's exactly what a President can do. Like I said, you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about yet you insist on the stupidest things. You haven't managed to say anything correct about classified information. And the kicker, when someone who knows so much more than you offers to help, you of all people push back. It's like you take immense pride in being unable to learn. Few things on the internet are more absurd.
Declassifying is a process.
... and you have no idea how that works.
Can you understand that documents are used by many departments and many people?
Yes. I'm an expert on this subject and I'm laughing at you. You are much better than the comedy channel. You are literally immune to learning. Too funny.
They are part of the process.
Nope. Only the classifying authority can declassify classified information. Consumers of classified information can challenge a classification but they have no authority to disclose, to release or to declassify to any other classification level.
They have to be told that they are no longer classified so they could act accordingly.
This is a stupid assertion. You are claiming that documents cannot be declassified until the world has been notified that they have been declassified, which cannot happen until they are declassified, which you insist cannot happen until the world has been notified that they have been declassified, which cannot happen until they are declassified, which you insist cannot happen until the world has been notified that they have been declassified, which cannot happen until they are declassified, which you insist cannot happen until the world has been notified that they have been declassified, which cannot happen until they are declassified, ... do you see the problem here? The correct answer is that the President can declassify any Executive branch documents he wishes, and
then the world can be notified.
Do you really think the president can simply think every fucking document in the government is now unclassified?
The President is the Chief Executive. Check the Constitution. The power to declassify any/all Executive branch documents is vested in him.
Yet that makes sense to you. Wow.
It doesn't make sense to you. Wow.
When Trump made that claim, I knew he was trying to find a way out of the theft he committed.
This goes to show just how stupid and gullible you are, not to mention just how poor your judgement is ... and how inept you are at applying any sort of critical reasoning.
Wait, who does your thinking for you anyway? That information would give a good insight into why you say the crap that you say and would help others anticipate erroneous comments.
I was laughing that he thought someone was stupid enough to think that made sense.
Guess who's laughing right now. Go on, take a wild guess.
