trump Loses Another $7 Million Per Year

Kind of a weird way to frame this. If a tenant doesn't renew you lose the potential future income but you never had a contract with them from which you are losing money. And because a tenant doesn't renew doesn't necessarily mean you lose income because you can sign a new lease with a new tenant at a much higher rate. However in NYC I have to imagine rates have dropped quite a bit because who is going to pay a premium in a City that isn't open? So not an optimal time to have leases expiring.

7 mil is chump change to a billiaire

Most of his properties have lost closer to 40% of their revenue, not the one he lives in now, but he pumped those numbers with his Numerous visits, did knew how to work that one.
By the time the Oligarchs collect their half a Billion and the Courts get through with trump he may still be wealthy but it is very doubtful he would still have his Billionaires club membership. Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy....

It worked across the Nation in November, and again in Georgia in January, thinking hope is a pretty good thing.

That was more about our national structure and over 230 years of abiding by the Constitution. Trump is about the law as in OJ Simpson and Robert Blake. :)

Future historians will marvel that a dim witted real estate agent and erstwhile TV game show host became president.

Historians Hell, there are a lot of out here that are still shocked that the American People could elect someone so unfit for the Office. Thankfully the American People corrected their mistake and sent the Idiot packing, I seriously doubt we could have done another four years of that stupidity and survived as a Nation.

I will give him kudos for one thing he has managed to tear apart the GOP singlehandedly, always give credit where credit is due.

He turned the nation into one big episode of the Celebrity Apprentice.

That was what he did to the contestants. He started adolescent infighting within the teams.

Only watched part of one show and knew it was crap and moved on, thankfully the American People told trump, You're Fired....

No doubt several Masters and Doctoral theses will be written about Trump and the times that saw him elected.

IMO, Trump didn't just become President. It was a combination of factors such as a rising angst and subsequent racism on the Right allowing Trump to become the nominee combined with a major distrust of Hillary. A should become the subject of a few papers herself noting her rise and fall.

True, but it's a binary choice; it was either Trump or Hillary sooooo, it was Trump. ;) Democrats should run better candidates. :)

Totally agree on that, I voted in 2016, except for President, neither was fit for the office and out of disgust I simply ignored the two BS choices being presented. That said they did in 2021, though a younger face would have been better, then again the goal was to beat trump out of his precious office and that was accomplished. It should be interesting to see who the candidates will be in 2024, Harris, maybe but who knows, I seriously doubt trump will even try running though he may scam the cult out of more Millions, so who knows. That said the GOP had better get their house in order or it may not matter who they run as they would not have the support to win.

He deserves the legal attention and as for politics he will continue to get attention so long as he keeps getting involved. Have You quit him yet?

I never voted for him, dumb dumb.

He's still not president today, You all should talk about his hand and penis size some more, riveting intellectual discourse. /facepalm

meh, I think voting the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil and compromising ones integrity and ideals. but you do you sir.

and anyone who is willing to vote for Harris should get their head checked.

I didn't vote for either both in 2016 or 2020. I chose Libertarian knowing there wasn't a chance, but to leave a mark. The mark was that, despite all the wailing from the Left about Hillary's loss and "3 million votes", she still only won 48.2% because of Third Party voters. More people voted against Hillary than for Hillary. Same goes for Trump, of course, but with three million less votes. LOL
