Yet another pointless deflection. I expected better.

The TAX issue was a counter response to the Obamacare complaint. Reread the posts if needed.
The Garland comment was in response to the conversation about Judges. Reread if you need a refresher.
Since you are obviously determined to refrain from commenting on Garland - obviously afraid of a public statement on the matter - we can just consider your hipocrisy "exposed" and move on. Have a nice day....)

You're a liberal complaining that your taxes were raised. That's the principle of your complaint. Don't come at me about hypocrisy.

We all know what happened to Merrick Garland vis a vis the Supreme Court. If you are trying to connect it to this new Justice in Kentucky, be my guest, let us know how they are tied together. But just randomly throwing Garland out there and saying I'm a hypocrite when I've said nothing? Yeah, nice try homeboy.
 
Moscow mitch sees his ability to install the "right" kind of judges a way to control the judicial system for generations. He is appointing unqualified judges who are young and super pro-corporation and pro wealthy. And they are young. Most are unqualified but are under the control of the elite. I do not know what kinds of America Mitch believes in, but it is not being built for the people's benefit. Some of these right wing judges being installed have never tried a case or took a deposition. They are young and far right. Moscow puts them into lifetime positions.
 
Exactly. The ones supporting these "puppet" judges (claiming to accept their lack of experience as being okay) wouldn't consider letting an inexperienced surgeon perform major surgery on them, yet they are fine letting inexperienced lawyers make crucial legal decisions with lasting implications.
Simply another glaring example of Conservative hipocrisy.

They were picked from Federalist Society lists. I do not recall when they became part of our judicial or political systems.

I’m no lawyer but my understanding is the federalist society is a group of conservative and libertarian leaning lawyers. If you are a Republican looking to appoint conservative or libertarian leaning judges where might you look for them?
