Trump pops to 52%: ‘Best job approval rating on record,’ up with blacks, democrats

Buoyed by blacks and independent voters, as well as urban dwellers shocked by the Black Lives Matter protest violence raging in some cities, President Trump’s approval rating has hit a new high, according to a survey heavy with minority voters.

The latest Zogby Analytics poll just shared with Secrets had Trump’s approval at 52%. “The president has recorded his best job approval rating on record,” said pollster Jonathan Zogby.

What’s more, his approval rating among minorities was solid and, in the case of African Americans, shockingly high. Zogby said 36% of blacks approve of the president, as do 37% of Hispanics and 35% of Asians.

Those are some pretty big swings compared to what Trump got in 2016.
And they have been pretty consistent for the last couple of months. We will see if there is any change in polls in the next couple of weeks after Trump's RNC.

Biden wins Michigan and Pennsylvania. And that would be lights out for Trump. But he's also going to win Florida, and probably Wisconsin, and is now competitive in places that Trump won easily. Trump has a major problem.

Lol, you don’t even get what the arrow means. It means that the last poll had a smaller lead for Biden the the poll that was removed to take it’s place. So if the next poll has Biden up by more than 7, the arrow will point up. Damn you are dumb.

Trend lines usually require an actual trend.
Biden was at a high of 50.6 a month ago on July 26 at RCP and is now at 49.6. That is only a point and is statistically insignificant in polls that have a 3 point or higher margin of error.
But if we look at July 17, Biden was only at 47.7 and is now at 49.6. So which is the trend? Up by 2 points or down by 1 point or are both movement statistically insignificant?
