Trump Sold a $40 Million Estate to a Russian Oligarch for $100 Million Dem asks why

Trump bought the property from the bankruptcy court.....it is not unusual for such properties to sell far under market value......since the sale had to be approved by the courts, it will be difficult for the lib'rul dimwits to claim it wasn't an arms-length transaction......did he sell the property for an amount higher than its appraised value?.....

"appraised value" means nothing. when the made up "money" is flowing like a river; as it was several years before the 2008 crash; property "values" are low hanging fruit. as it was so it is. perfectly timed and predictable fails. I always remember the "cash for clunkers". it was a massive capital destruction. disgusting and nauseating to me.

Got news for ye, friend.

Neither a Special Counsel, nor the FBI or even state or local law enforcement agencies need probable cause to launch an investigation into possible criminal activity.

They can launch an investigation into anyone based on an unsubstantiated tip from someone. They can do it based on heresay.

They only need to begin providing probable cause when they get far enough along that they need warrants to search or make an arrest. By that time, they've usually collected enough evidence to provide them with exactly that.

The more they investigate, the more evidence they uncover. The more evidence they uncover, the more probable cause they have to push the investigation farther.

That's just how it works.
"possible criminal activity" can be watched but a warrant is required to access bank records and surveille. Even the FISA court was set up to provide legal basic 4th amendment cover-where evidence of terrorism/espionage are shown.

One cannot go digging into transactions of privleged communication or private contract details without a warrant.
Seems the left has forgotten the basics of civil liberties

Once Mueller was appointed to start looking into Trump's activities, he probably found red flags. Those red flags along with other information received constituted probable cause to further the investigation.

Pretty simple.

Trump sold a house to a Russian.

Clinton sold uranium to Russia.

Obama gave Medvedev "space" which allowed Putin to wreak havoc in the area.

Ted Kennedy offered a deal to Russia to undermine Reagan foreign policy.

JFK made a deal with Russia that got our nuclear missiles out of Turkey.

House Dem IT guys Imran Awan & brothers selling emails to Russia and/or Turkey.

Bernie Sanders spent honeymoon in Russia in 1988.

When Bernie was mayor, Burlington formed an alliance with the Soviet city of Yaroslavl.

Bill de Blasio spent his honeymoon in Cuba in 1991.

etc. etc. etc.

Funny how someone who sucks Trump's dick and gulps down his spooge calls other people fags.

:fu: Fuck you, #MAGAFAG.

Good lord you're a despicable asshole. When the investigation is over and no Russia is there, you'll still be a despicable asshole ranting like a clueless lunatic.

He wasn't appointed to look into Trumps activities you ignorant moron.

Money Laundering.

Do me a favor .. don't believe it.

How money laundering works in real estate
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-works-in-real-estate/?utm_term=.6b98a9834cc7

Money laundering....this coming from someone who blindly supports the Clinton Machine and its (wink, wink) CLINTON FOUNDATION and supports the PAY to PLAY tactics of race baiters like Big Al Sharpton and Brother Jesse who use the "threat" of (peaceful marches) against large businesses and corporations across the United States. LMAO:laugh: Let's compare the TAX RETURNS of Trump against any of those you blindly support and see who as contributed more to the US Treasury....over a lifetime of economic activity.

Didn't Trump once have a lemon aide stand that he failed to report for taxable purposes when he was about 8 years old?

red flags? more like "Russian flags".what is Mueller now - a tax accountant? IRS?
Investigating anything Russian?

I can see you aren't concerned at all with probable cause,,just "da Russians" as such- which is no probable cause

This home was empty. It was during 2008, which is during the housing crash. Homes were not selling and the value was dropping like a rock. The Russian paid way ,way too much. then never lived in it or sold it. If you don't think something smells about that deal, you are Trump nose blind.

hard to say.....was the property worth $120M and Trump sold it for $100M because it was 2008?....

why would it be unusual to sell to a Russian? Do Russian buy up real estate in Florida? ( yes)
where is the probable cause to delve into the transaction?

and no Mueller's charter isn't about "Russian contacts". It's about Russian collusion and matters related

I find it absolutely amazing dems ( who are one time defended civil liberties) will bend the Bill of Rights into a pretzel for TDS

Me thinks you complain too much.

This is just the beginnings.....the big time money Laundering by the Donald was in the early'90s.

Don't think Mueller will not get there because he will.

Your posting screams desperation and fear...

What the fuck are you so scared of if the Donald is innocent?

So the fact it was sold to a Russian instead of some other ethnic/national deserves a Mueller investigations .

Basically you are saying doing any kind of business with Russians calls for Trump to be investigated-
even back in 2008 before Trump was running..

That sale is some fortuitous collusion by design by "da Russians"

It is going to go back a lot further yet.

I'm guessing that you could put money on this is what Trump is so afraid of.

It carries more penalty than obstruction or collusion.

If money laundering is the conclusion, you can bet that Trump will stop at nothing to keep his perfumed ass out of jail and from losing his money.
And Annoise can't understand why the majority of people in this nation are concerned that Russia and trump have a nice little money laundering operation going?

OK so I am a Russian crook with 100 million liquid and Trump is Russia dirty and is willing to launder it by selling the Russian an asset worth
40 million. That is a hefty fee for laundering the money. I could do better.

What am I missing. Some other facts, hopefully. No doubt this shit is shady, but exactly how I'm not understanding. The deal doesn't make sense.

Part of the investigation, seems if one is investigating Russian influence in America contacts with a Russian oligarch might be noteworthy, not like everyone in America has personal dealings with Russian oligarchs, especially when the person under investigation has a history of avoiding transparency with his financial dealings
And the person in question owes countless millions to the Russians. Ask Annoise why he's so obsessed with Russian contributions to the Clinton Foundation, but not by this?

It doesn't except that 60% is hardly an overwhelming cost for good clean money laundering. On that we disagree.
