2. The FEC never charged Trump on FEC violations. The FEC voted 2-2 on the issue. Also at least 3 other former FEC members have said it isn't a violation so you are snatching at straws.

I'll stick with the top former prosecutor and US Attorney, Ellie Honig, who was on the news just as i began writing this who said 'absolutely Trump will not get a pass by simply claiming he was doing it for Melania if they can show his campaign was also benefiting. He must then declare it. Partial benefit counts.'.

His attempt to indict and arrest Trump is the Democrats new form of "ballot-stuffing." Trump is "on-fire in the polls; the Dems used Brag to try and take him out.
