Trump-Stormy Daniels settlement at heart of potential NY DA indictment didn't violate

I'm offended that Biden stole valor for his uncle to benefit himself politically. Aren't you?
No, it’s a guy telling stories, it doesn’t affect me in any way. How did he steal his Uncle’s valor, I. His story he gave him a medal. You don’t understand what stolen valor means.

TRUMP has a valuable brand tied to his name. Paying a NDA also is to help protect that brand name. So it would be an income tax deduction. But YOU HAVE ZERO IDEA if he took it off his income taxes. That would be a federal law and Alvin Bragg does not have the jurisdiction to enforce it. ZERO. The IRS has not said Trump filed a fraudulent deduction. This case is a big nothing burger.

You don't pay an NDA? An NDA can't use money since it isn't a person or a business. It is simply an agreement. You pay a person. The NDA is to prevent someone from talking about something. It's clear you have never signed an NDA in your life since you don't seem to know the first thing about an NDA.

Affairs are not a valid business expense anymore than going to the strip club is a valid business expense. There must be a business purpose. Trying to protect your business name is not a valid business purpose when it comes to tax law. New York has an income tax. New York can enforce their income tax law even if the Feds don't.

This part would seem to apply to Trump paying off Stormy Daniels.
Certain payments made in sexual har-
assment or sexual abuse cases. For
amounts paid or incurred after December 22,
2017, new section 162(q) provides that no de-
duction is allowed under section 162 for any
settlement or payment related to sexual harass-
ment or sexual abuse if it is subject to a nondi-
sclosure agreement. In addition, attorney’s fees
related to such a settlement or payment aren’t
allowed as a deduction

It’s a state law dip shit

That case was never adjudicated. Cohen plead guilty to a non crime probably because they told him to for him to receive a plea bargain. They were anxious to make Trump appear bad. Notice the FEC never accused Trump of campaign violations.

Excuse me? Every case where someone pleads guilty IS adjudicated. The court finds the person guilty and imposes a sentence.
