Trump-Stormy Daniels settlement at heart of potential NY DA indictment didn't violate

and what is it about that which leads you to conclude there's a difference?......can you be specific, naming the elements of the crime and distinguishing the state law from the federal law?.....oh wait, you don't know what those words mean, do you.......

You said there are illegal leaks? Tell us more? Tell us about it... Lets start with, What leaks?

So you actually think CNN did not deduct their NDA with the kid? Man are you an idiot! Move along you are too dumb for me to spend time with. :rofl2:

ROFLMAO. I didn't realize that the head of CNN was paying hush money for sex with a 17 year old so his wife wouldn't find out.

NDAs do not come with a payment. NDAs are to keep a payment secret. In reality the majority of business NDAs involve no money since they are signed to protect trade secrets.

Yep

"but was allowed to plead down to misdemeanor petty larceny rap and walked out without any jail time,"

So the guy plead guilty and you are complaining that they got a conviction?

Because they charged someone with a crime, then plead it down to a lower level crime means they shouldn't charge someone else with a crime? Do you realize how stupid you sound?
When they don't offer Trump a deal to plead guilty to a lesser crime after being indicted, then you could use this as an example of unfair treatment.

Just more lies from you? As a Trumpper I know you lie a lot.

It is obvious someone leaked to Trump.
Leaked or his lawyers were given the heads up. It isn’t illegal for the DA to contact the attorneys of a high profile person such as Trump because there are special circumstances in arresting a former President. Remember, this is new to everyone.

Not to the crime he actually committed.

If a guy raped your daughter would you want him to plea down to pinching her butt? Would you say but he did plea to something? I doubt it. But then again you may just be that stupid. :dunno:

I'm sure that Bragg is trying to be helpful.

ROFLMAO.. NY law states that targets of a grand jury may be given the opportunity to testify if they so desire. Nothing was leaked to Trump. It would appear he was informed and given the opportunity to testify.

The grand jury is still hearing testimony today so has not voted to indict Trump. Trump won't be arrested without an indictment.
