Trump-Stormy Daniels settlement at heart of potential NY DA indictment didn't violate

I'm sorry but where in the tax law does it say that hush money is a legal tax deduction for a business?
https://www.irs.gov/publications/p535

Trump is free to use the money from his companies however he wants. He is not free to falsify where the money went so he can take a tax deduction that he is not entitled to.
Business pay nondisclosure agreements every day. CNN has one with the kid they paid off because they lied about him. Where does it say a state prosecutor can enforce federal law?

that's it!.....Thank you!

will the gander be treated the same as the goose?........

Nowhere does it claim that the campaign tried to take a tax deduction for the legal expenses.
There are two issues with Trump that are not part of the Clinton fine.
1. Cohen made an illegal campaign donation by paying the hush money with his personal funds. Trump was aware of the payment which means he was aware of the illegal campaign donation even if he didn't know it was illegal. Once it was brought to light, the expenditure should have been included in the campaign filings.
2. Trump used money from his business to pay Cohen back for the hush money payment. Trump then took a tax deduction for his business claiming that the payment was for legal services.

Clinton included the expenditure in her campaign finance filings. Trump didn't include them.
Clinton didn't try to get a tax write off on the expenditures. Trump did try to write off the hush money payment.

In this case when you actually take a gander it is nothing like the goose.

He said he was talking about an Edwards contributor. Hart was never accused of anything illegal.
Yep I corrected myself it was Edwards who had a contributor pay a million dollars to cover up an affair. And he was not guilty of FEC violations. Trump got a better deal and paid 130K and used his own money 100% legal. Trump will win this case too.

1..That is a strange accusation coming from you.
2. Yes it is
3. Shows a two tiered justice system and a Political prosecution.
4. We have very good idea because of unethical leaks by exuberant liberals

Leaks? What leaks, I haven't heard of any and that is unusual. More lies from you?

1) You lie.
2) Not the same.
3) "Hillary did it" would not be an excuse anyway.
4) We dont even know what Trump is to be charged with.

your shit remains lame......by the way the "excuse" isn't Hilliary did it, the excuse is Hilliary's prosecutors didn't.......

As a lawyer, shouldn't you know the difference between federal and state prosecutions?

and what is it about that which leads you to conclude there's a difference?......can you be specific, naming the elements of the crime and distinguishing the state law from the federal law?.....oh wait, you don't know what those words mean, do you.......

I read the book by Edward's staff member. Edwards asked him to allow his pregnant girlfriend to live with him and his wife and tell the media he was the father. You can imagine how happy the wife was with that arrangement.
Yeah that would fly like a lead balloon.

uh, dude.....if Trump paid him, it obviously wasn't a campaign contribution.......
