"Look, Steve Bannon has been sentenced to prison, he's supposed to spend time behind bars for defending Trump and so disrespecting -- well, the charge is contempt of Congress," Louis explained. "He refused to give any information to the January 6th committee. This is somebody who battled for Trump over and over and over again. And then he says, sounded to me like he was thinking out loud, 'I can't keep doing this.'"

"People are going to have to grow up at some point," he elaborated. "Trump and Trump-ism and what he means to the country is about how do you react to this person with the vulgarity and the obscenity and the different things that Trump brings to the table. Are you going to accept it, fund it, look the other way or maybe just opt out, which is the easiest thing to do at this point?"

Nobody ever should have supported him in the first place. But for those who did get taken in and actually believed in him, the best thing to do is admit the mistake, learn a big fat lesson, and move on.

The ultimate lesson would be that the entire Republican party is really a big bunch of grifters. They were all too quick to ingratiate themselves and fall all over themselves kissing up to Trump. Nobody should ever forget that. Vote them all out.

Put Trump in prison, vote out anyone who ever supported him. They clearly do not have good judgement.

We can do so much better. We can have so much finer a government.
 
And while people are walking away from Trump, look out for the big fat pitfall of falling for DeSantis.

He is just as slick and full of nonsense. And just like Trump, he is extremely selfish and could hardly care less about you.

Going from Trump to DeSantis is like trying to escape the hot seat of sitting on the back burner by moving to the glowing red front burner.

Don't get burned with DeSantis.

Too bad they won't see it that way.

Republicans don't want to make America great. They want to stick it to the libs. They are afraid of change. That's why there is no Republican platform, no proposed new legislation to help improve America.

As American jobs go unfilled, Republicans think keeping out the greatest potential workforce ever seen is crucial.

Instead of admitting that corrupt billionaires and millionaires are robbing them blind, diehard Republicans are convinced it is immigrants.

Their most glorified billionaire was ripping them off in grand style, and rather than see it is part of a trend, that this one person was only the most blatant, they will walk away from him and right into the hands of the next one doing the same exact thing.

That's because they refuse to learn from their mistakes such as supporting Trump. When people refuse to admit mistakes they cannot learn from them. And that is why they will walk away from Trump and go directly to DeSantis. They can't help themselves.

We can try to tell them, but they won't listen.

Try reading the Committee summary. It was nearly 900 pages itemizing the involvement Trump had in the planning and carrying out in the insurrection. You are a maga minion. A good little soldier of Maga who believed whatever Trump shoveled your way. You still do. Trump was planning this long before it came to fruition. He was involved in illegal attempts to replace valid electors. He was generally planning this once he discovered in polling, that he was likely to lose.
Trump is a repulsive criminal and threat to the existence of America as we have known it.
