Just on external factors the election was invalid.

election rules were changed for covid, without state legislative approval as per the constitution.

I hope Mr. Kirschner is right, that state case against Trump in Georgia looks good and as far as the federal case against Trump, it's better for Garland to charge Trump and lose than to do nothing at all?!! I think there is plenty to charge Trump for his role in the Jan 6th insurrection, like sedition conspiracy?!!

Don’t get me wrong, I wish he were, but it is doubtful, to prosecute Trump they would have to have an ironclad criminal case, and even if they did, it would only make him a martyr, playing right into his schtick, and with his army of attorneys and accountants, any case would be delayed, postponed, and appealed beyond Trump’s lifetime

Plus, they don’t have to, rather present the case to the American public, they would be the jury, and this way Trump would die an extended, and with his ego, painful political end. Personally, I hope he runs in 2024, at which all of it would hit the fan

There were over 60 legal challenges to this election and everyone was dismissed in court.
No need to even cover this again and again since the plot to call the election illegal was hatch well before the first vote was ever cast.
