Easy. Once they were out of power, the donators who believed their donations were granting them access quit. They believed it was buying them access. The corruption charges require proof of that.
Trump got huge illegal donations from foreigners in his inauguration ceremonies. Did they get a payoff? I don't know but they did it for possible payoffs. Many world leaders who came in to talk to Trump, opened with telling him they stayed in his overpriced hotel. Did they get a payoff?
Clinton was not getting paid by the Clinton foundation. He was not profiting off those donations. I am sure they thought he would look on them more favorably. That does not make it so.

Proof for court, not for those with common sense. OJ Simpson is innocent of his crimes just like Hillary Clinton is of hers. This isn't a matter of fucking lawyers, it's a matter of one side condoning the corruption of their own while finger-pointing about the corruption of the opposing party.

What is your opinion of a person who sees a significant crime and fails to report it based solely on race? What about a person who fails to report it based solely on politics? Fails to report for any reason at all?

If you think little of such people, what reasons would you forgive them for their small participation in crimes? Obviously if one's family was threatened, that'd be a reason I'd forgive. What else?

There should be no doubt that a person who seeks to overturn an election is a domestic, or possibly foreign, enemy of the Constitution.

If Trump managed to turn the United States into a Third World shithole by imposing martial law and overturning the election, anyone supporting him should be treated as an enemy of the Constitution of the United States of America.
