The problem I have is unconstitutional is not spelled u-n-l-a-w-f-u-l. As a lawyer you should be aware of that.
Unconstitutional is unlawful. The Constitution is law.

RQAA.Sybil, you're a wackadoodle. If you were sane you'd be able to explain why you think he's wrong instead of just spamming threads with insults and your usual wackiness.
Court cases are not a proof. As the court cases are proving,
The silent coup was conducted by DEMOCRATS, dude.Nordberg's assessment is correct for those who attended the rally and, worse, participated in the Insurrection.
Buzzword fallacy. They fell for the Big Lie
No one committed any crime in Trump's name.and committed a crime in Trump's name
Trump didn't promise any paroles. You are hallucinating again.then Trump dumped them without the promised paroles.
Unconstitutional is unlawful. The Constitution is law.
^^^ Another example of a Qanon wackadoodle who believes without evidence and condemns in spite of the evidence ^^^
I do love your fallacies.
Some statements by Into the Night are idiotic therefore all statements by Into the Night are idiotic. I guess that is your logic at this point.
State law is not the US Constitution. Something that violates a state law doesn't necessarily violate the US Constitution. A state law can violate the US Constitution. Because something violates a law doesn't mean it automatically violates the Constitution. Only an idiot would make such an argument.
Idiot (definition) - Into the Night

I didn't make them.I do love your fallacies.

RQAA.Why not go look into WTC Bldg 7? LOL

Like the Republicans who attacked the Capitol. Like the Republicans who plotted to overthrow the election. Like the Republicans who falsified Electoral College data and entered it into the Federal record. Arrest and put on trial all those criminals.
Fredo, you're clearly not a pacifist; you're just a pussified keyboard commando too afraid to stand for your convictions. Sad. No wonder no woman wants you.
If an act violates federal law that doesn't mean the act was unconstitutional unless the court clearly states it also violated the Constitution. The claim was made that the court ruled an act unconstitutional when the court only ruled it violated the law.

the US constitution states that state legislatures determine how an election is to be held........state constitutions and state laws may further define how an election should be conducted.......an election can be done in a way that violates both or either.....doing so makes an election unconstitutional......the PA and WI elections were unconstitutional according to courts within their state......I do love your fallacies.

I don't hate lawyers. I simply dislike people pretending to be lawyers, like Poor Richard Sanders or people pretending to be airline pilots, psychiatrists, or ship captains, like Dutch Uncle.
