Trump’s job approval shows the Democrats’ dilemma in 2018

Ah, the old "but, but, but Hillary won the popular vote" sniveling. :(

The electoral college did, and that's how the Constitution says we determine who the president is.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE of Russian interference in the election. But go ahead and keep whining.

No wonder no one wants to hang around you you just keep parroting the same lies

The GOP is gonna lose in '18.

Show me one race since Trump was elected where Dems didn't out-perform historically.

Another prediction shit-for-brains? :rofl2:

Yep, in liberal loony land and the FAKE media, being against tax cuts, job creation, defending our borders and making America Great is a winning message.

You lying leftist assholes are a laugh.

Damn! Shit Shaper's been studying under a dumbass master lately.

Yeah, at 35-40%. Is that good?

Trump didn't even win this one in numbers. Somehow as their approval rating goes down, and Obama's, and Obamacare's flow up like a fizzy beer, we're in trouble in the book of stupid. I'm sure the next chapter will be: Your friend velcro.

Two lying leftist idiots who think the economic boom coming will help the Party of the Jackass. :rofl2:

Hahahaha! I can't think of a single Trumpanzee that I know in real life who is "fearful" to admit it. Certainly none of the ones on-line commenting area either.

Nope, you all own that approval/disapproval stat.

And yet, its the brain dead asshats and the Party of the Jackass that really should be embarrassed. But alas, the liberal left lacks the collective intelligence of a gnat to comprehend the OBVIOUS.

“Getting more professional”? How could it not?

That’s akin to saying Trump’s not racist, just racially ignorant. What a low bar you Trumptards set!

Irony from another repugnant lying leftist too ignorant to comprehend the low standards being created by the leftist media and the Party of the Jackass.

I'm convinced you were born druid now.

Americans will vote GOP in 2018 for the same reasons they did in 2016.

They want Trump's Muslim ban so they remain safe.

They want the border wall that will stop illegal immigration into the US.

They want a GOP Congress because Republicans consider the deficit before passing any legislation.

like the tax one they just passed that increases the deficit by trillions

Spoken like a good lying leftist dumbfuck on steroids: Tax cuts have NEVER led to deficits in the history of governments. In fact, revenues have always gone UP.

It's the runaway spending the Party of the Jackass loves to engage in to buy the votes of brain dead clueless dunces like you.

The approval ratings have not dropped like I thought they would, but they are still terrible.

I bet you wouldn't say that if you were in his dentist chair and he had a drill in his hand!

I don't discuss politics with my dentist. But a 'doctor' who doesn't see the value of Planned Parenthood is probably living in Alaska, and light deprived.

It does truly concern me that abortion is still needed on the scale it is, when birth control is so easy to obtain. Maybe there should be a drive to make anal intercourse more acceptable?

First, people who go into the White House to have a meeting with President Trump usually leave pleasantly surprised. They find that Trump is not the raving madman they expected from his tweetstorms or the media coverage. They generally say that he is affable, if repetitive. He runs a normal, good meeting and seems well-informed enough to get by.

Second, people who work in the Trump administration have wildly divergent views about their boss. Some think he is a deranged child, as Michael Wolff reported. But some think he is merely a distraction they can work around. Some think he is strange, but not impossible. Some genuinely admire Trump.

Third, the White House is getting more professional. Imagine if Trump didn’t tweet. The craziness of the past weeks would be out of the way, and we’d see a White House that is briskly pursuing its goals: the shift in our Pakistan policy, the shift in our offshore drilling policy, the fruition of our ISIS policy, the nomination for judgeships and the formation of policies on infrastructure, DACA, North Korea and trade.

amazing praise and clarity from the self described #nerverTrump Brooks.

"He runs a normal, good meeting and seems well-informed enough to get by." That is a darn low bar to set.

That is exactly what I was thinking.
That kind of faint "praise" would probably doom someone in my obscure profession....how the f**k is this even a acceptable standard for a President of the United States??

It's a David Brooks characterization.
Nobody claims he has the specific knowledge of Obama, but then again Obama's instincts were horrible on foreign policy/

utter failures on:
Libya
Syria
ISIS
Egypt
Russia

even the "Asian pivot" was a lame mess
