The video shows no ramming of vehicles leading up to the shooting. It actually shows the driver they shot waving ICE vehicles to go around her on the street.

I do not know if the "danger was passed", what I do know is she drove her vehicle at and then hit an agent with that vehicle. I will be interested in seeing the result of the investigation, because I predict, from what I have seen now, that this will be considered justified.

It doesn’t look to me like she drove that vehicle at him, it looks to me she was intentionally swerving away from him.

A trial would be interesting to see what a jury says.

Video of the incident shows the woman inside her vehicle, blocking ICE agents. A group of agents then surrounded the car and told her to exit. When she started to move her car away slowly, an agent near the front fired through the windshield.

The report now shows that they were were not stuck in the snow , but she was blocking the Road... And it's likely they gave her a directive to get out of the car... Can you attempt to move with agents all around?And at that point , the car became a weapon... His actions were justified if those facts come to light....

They clearly ordered her to get out of the car, she swerved to miss the officer and escape.
