Tylenol

You aren't having a conversation.

It is looking like Tylenol may be the cause in the spikes in Autism. In animals Tylenol is neurotic. We know it crosses the placental barrier and that unborn babies livers are not fully developed. So it MAY not be safe in pregnancy. That is bad because Tylenol is recommended to pregnant women for pain. More information is about to be released. If you have a loved one that is pregnant tell them to avoid Tylenol for the time being at least.
More Epstein distraction.

I do not think he ran the studies. I do not dismiss ideas because they come from someone I dislike, if I did that this site would be a useless waste of time. I want to read the studies and dismiss it based on the merit of the review, not based on "RFK Jr".
I am all for studies, but careful controlled studies with judicial dissimilation to the public. If you frighten pregnant women from using safe fever reduction medication, you are likely to cause all kinds of other problems.

I would stick with a Doctors recommendation over Trump and Jr.

If you know someone has an agenda to discredit and dismantle most of the existing science regarding vaccines and other medicines and health beliefs, then you absolutely should be skeptical of any "Research" they present.

It is not enough to just find a study that agrees 'the earth is flat' and instead what is important is to ask if there is a considered consensus in this area, and if not, what is the majoritarian view, and by how much.

And that does not mean a minority view or even an outlier study can be right and the majority or consensus view wrong, but if you are a betting man, you should go with the consensus or majority most times, while watching for new information that may or may not support the outlier.
Considering it is the review I plan to look at, you are yet again just blathering. Pat yourself on the back, congratulations, you just basically rewrote what I said, except you added that you start with a bias because of who presented the report. That's something that I wrote about in a different post than the one you quoted. There is a reason I rarely, if ever, speak to you. It is because you ignore everything but what you want to see then think small.

lol. Not even close. But whatever makes you feel better for rejecting the man rather than reading the studies and checking the merit of the review.
From what I have seen there are studies showing no connection, and at least one study showing a possible connection. Am I missing some studies?

I don't know yet. I have even stated earlier, so far all the information I have is what is in the thread. I will read what is there, then form an opinion rather than just announce my opinion based on whoever is in charge of HHS.

Trump is complaining that autism has increased dramatically in the last 20 years, (I believe its simply diagnosed more now) Tylenol was brought to the mass market in the 1950's.

They have been selling Tylenol since the 1950's.

Trump is unfortunately misunderstanding when it began. Early 1950s is when the rise in cases of autism began. Though it would have been fewer back in the day than it is now because of the Reye Syndrome. Kids got children's aspirin more often than tylenol, then it was discovered it could cause Reye Syndrome. If there really is a tie between the two things it could be big. Or it could be a big wah-wah-wahhhh... (trombone playing)...

IN the 1950's it was not separate from Schizophrenia. Not until the 1980's did the DSM seperate the two.

I suspect there is no increase in Autism, only an increase in its diagnosis. I had a girlfriend many years ago (1999 maybe) whose job it was, funded by the government to promote awareness and early intervention. She was going out into the community educating people about it, including teachers, and telling them what to look for. She was single-handedly responsible for a lot of people being diagnosed.

Right at the advent of Reye Syndrome popularizing Tylenol for children over Aspirin. Correlation doesn't equal causation, but it is interesting how these things align.

You don't think it's illogical to say he's "a democrat and a lunatic" BUT...

How about these studies, have you read any of them?

Not yet. I will read these things when I'm not at work. Quick quips are all I have time for, I still have a job.
