Universal Healthcare

1) No. The magic negro you so fear and hate gave you a Heritage Foundation hatched concept, your maniacal denial notwithstanding. Your employer pays your way and in turn offloads the cost of that onto the public in the form of your employer's consumer/customer base.

2) We just did this, once again, with Amazon, that get by you as well?

I think now it's your turn to deny objective reality again, ready?

1) So Obama couldn't come up with something on his own, huh? Had to copy what white MEN had done? My employer provides something to me as compensation. Those that buy the product do so VOLUNTARILY unlike what the black BOY demanded.

2) You can't do something that is only a made up concept by those that simply don't understand reality.

It's your turn to whine about something that is non-existent while kissing Obama's black ass in the process. Pucker up, n-lover.

Since FDR we have known our healthcare system is poor and we need to cut its cost. Nearly every presidential candidate since the 30s has argued our system is unsustainable and will bankrupt the country. Obama put a foot in the door and the Repubs savaged him and the ACA. We have to do something, and those who argue that their company pays for healthcare therefore it is free do not understand it is a national problem. Millions in America go without care and that is not saving us money. They end up in emergency rooms the most expensive care you can get. They have to be stabilized, not necessarily treated. Then sent on their way,
We have a poor quality health system for the masses and a great one for the rich. But the cost to us all is incredible.

I think you need to look at it a little deeper. Any Christian is forced by the dogma to accept creation over evolution. They may try to close their minds to the fact but they are lying to themselves. And so if they won't proclaim to reject creationist theory then they are stuck with the alternative, and that means that they have to endorse the 6000 year old earth, Adam and Eve, riding on dinosaurs, and all the rest of the bullshit nonsense that goes with it.

Ask an American Christian is he/she believes in the creation theory? I'll get my 50%! Don't let Christians off the hook and do them a favour. They have to own the nonsense to which they subscribe. There must be lots of Christians on this forum who can be used as test cases.

So you hate religion you little bitch? I do too but I'm a lot better at hating than you are. You're a cartoon character.

Well stated! The only way to bring the racists like CFM along is to appeal to their wallets. But that's an appeal that is going to be up against huge odds of racism and hate for non-whites. I think that a high % of Americans feel about the same as CFM, even though they are less likely to come out and state it so clearly. There's no use at all in appealing to them to accept people of colour, blacks, Hispanics, orientals, or any others who aren't pure white.

So CFM has the expense base covered and that will keep him safe temporarily at least. But it's likely that most Americans don't have that base covered with their employer and so there's hope in reaching them. Just don't appeal to any human decency because it's just not there.

So you're on the right track for sure, but you might as well write off getting CFM on board. But he's still useful as an example of rabid, frothing at the mouth hate, and that could impress some of the footdraggers in a positive way. Do any of them want to be like him?

1. That stuff went on before Obamacare. I'm not defending Obamacare, it's a horrible law. You're not just paying your own way, assuming you don't require too much care that is, you're also paying for others and always have been. I don't like being overcharged.

2. One of the reasons companies can pay lower wages is because the taxpayers subsidize the working poor. There was a good thread on this a couple of years ago, WalMart and McDonalds as part of their new hire orientation hand out detailed instructions on how to apply for benefits. They don't pay what they would have to pay in a real labor market because we (taxpayers) are subsidizing their workforce. Yes, I call that corporate welfare.

1) Again I ask, wasn't Obamacare supposed to stop that? You didn't answer the first time it was asked.

2) Easy solution. Stop all of the social welfare handouts and if people with such low skills can't make it being paid what those skills are worth, they can either get it voluntarily from the bleeding hearts that claim to care so much for them, gain betters skills to earn more, or do without. No such thing as corporate welfare.

Again, I ask, do you like being ass raped?

Many do not understand that healcare provided by a company is part of their compensation. It is not free.

Your solution is a recipe for disaster for your own country.
But it's a very hopeful solution to the problem for the rest of the world.
This is why any Democratic party success is a bad thing that only prolongs the agony that will eventually lead to the inevitable. With Trump and the Repubs holding onto power it's going to get worse for the 99% and it will lead to either revolution or drastic measures that are the equivalent. I'm hoping for the guns coming out and some political scores being settled on the streets! Then that leads to the cops showing up with some serious military style force!

But I would settle with the elimination of Trump, one way or another. It wouldn't really matter all that much, other than it would give some of us great pleasure.

If you are a Canadian, you would love to have our healthcare system instead of yours. I know it is true because many have made that argument on this board. When you are sick, you sklip over the border and get American healthcare. That has also been argued.

To continue handing people that refuse to do for themselves something for nothing is a recipe for disaster. It's created an entitlement mentality where people demand others constantly do for them what is THEIR responsibility to do for themselves.

I tried to get a conversation going on another thread but Grugore and his USFreedom friend ran away. I'll repost the post here for which they had no answer.

About 52,000 Canadians left their country for medical care as Canada had a medical care system that ranked 10th out of the 11 medical care systems in the developed world. (As one Canadian said in this article, being better than the US is a low standard!) https://www.usnews.com/news/best...

To be fair, I have helped a few Canadians with very unusual medical problems seek assistance in the US at one of the top university hospitals. The Canadians who came to the US came with financial assistance from the Canadian medical system.

More than a million Americans left the country seeking medical treatment, and that included a number of my own patients. More than one million Americans will leave the US for medical care this year Unlike the Canadians with whom I had contact, the Americans left to get medical care that was affordable and did not get any help from their insurance company or the federal government.
We should have a good discussion on the topic, but like I said, if you like what you already have then stick with it.

I have no interest in arguing racist hate with any Americans but I'm more than happy to talk about health care.

They didn't run from you, they just think you're dumb.

I am shocked that American health care companies don't pay for Americans to cross over the border to make higher profits. I am sure it is coming.

Canada allows Americans to come to Canada for health care that they can't afford to pay for at home in the US. Other countries do too and it adds to the profitibility of universal health care.

Many Americans also go to Cuba for affordable health care. Communism!

The big corporations fight to keep the US for-profit health care system is pushing more and more Americans toward understanding the advantages of 'socially' responsible capitalism.

Socially responsible capitalism is understood by Americans to be Socialism.

Don't you just hate Canadian healthcare and wish you could get ours?
