No, it's not. The OP is based on how lefties are arguing regarding the 2nd Amendment. He's going through other Amendments and applying the same reasoning. Lefties are exposing themselves for "wanting to have it both ways"... It's rather entertaining.

In this thread, for starters. In many other threads as well.
I used to respond to that guy's posts, but he just doesn't have anything to say. He reminds me of a parrot, the way he can post short phrases, but the short phrases do not mean anything more than the parrot's do. Even though a parrot can sound like he has something to say, there is nothing there.

That's a decent analogy. He blurts out short little phrases, but doesn't understand the reasoning behind those phrases that he blurts out. It's the annoying/unintelligent form of mimicking.
My avatar represents the opposite of that. My avatar is of a catbird. Catbirds are quite prevalent in the Southern WI area that I am from. They have a rather fun personality. Besides telling the "liberal" cowbirds to 'fuck off' when it comes to cowbirds trying to force catbirds to raise cowbird eggs, catbirds also love to mimic the calls of other birds (in the fun/intelligent way). On my hike this weekend, I ran into a catbird that was mimicking the bluejay call. Maybe it was as sick of constantly hearing that call as I was...
