There's no way to prove that drug had any effect on the symptoms, and it certainly doesn't cure the disease.

The use of the drug is a theory of science. It is falsifiable. It has not yet been falsified. YOU don't get to just declare it falsified without performing a test against the theory and publishing those test results, or by showing the theory fails either the internal or external consistency tests.

Many countries ( including Turkey now) use it effectively, and without complications.
It's a safe drug -rarely prescribed with an EKG unless there are known cardiac problems.
