It's telling that this murder was immediately turned over to trump's corrupt FBI, and that local police are shut out of their own investigation. Looks like someone in government is extremely worried... as he should be.

The vehicle came into contact with the Officer BEFORE he killed her.

1) He put himself in that position intentionally.
2) When he shot her in the head, the danger was past.
3) An officer cannot kill someone unless they are presently in danger, not after they are in danger.

Ross is a dumbass. Supposedly, he was injured before in an incident with a car. Why would he risk it again? It's also against protocol to endanger himself like that.
