0:22 her car is on the side of the road and a car is passing right in front of it, therefore she wasn't blocking the roadway. Her wheels are turned to the left, as if she was planning to make a left turn.
0:28 another vehicle pulls up and stops in the middle of the road, about 8 feet from her car.
0:30 men from this vehicle approach her car on the driver's side and another man approaches on the passenger side.
0:32 she backs up and starts to turn the car to the right. All the men are still standing.
0:34 the men on both sides of the vehicle are reaching out to touch it or say something to her. All the men are still standing. She starts to accelerate to the right.
0:36 she pulls away from the men. They are still standing and nobody was "rammed.". A man on the right has his arm outstretched with a gun in his hand. Shots fired here.
0:38 the car is rapidly moving forward and all the men are walking away.
0:40 the ICE vehicle moves forward quickly, apparently seeing that her car has crashed.

It shows the front wheels spinning on her Honda Pilot SUV and the car was pointed directly at the ICE agent he fires as he side steps and still gets struck by the left front fender of her car. The wheels then turn slightly to the right. Purposeful or a dodging reaction? Who knows for sure. The bottom line though she gunned her car while it was pointing at the ICE agents then he shot her through the front windshield. You need to search around for some better views of what happened.
