Video clearly shows vehicle driven by woman striking ICE agent on a Minneapolis street a split-second before shots are fired.

If you really feel like your life is in danger in that situation - isn't the instinct more to just jump further back from the car, rather than grabbing your gun, aiming and shooting?

The cognitive dissonance on this story is scary.

People are seeing completely different realities - and it's ALL on video. It's right there. And people see it completely differently.
...all on video..
.. many , many , many different angles... But the absolute consistent thing ... In each version..
is that she put the car in gear and hit the gas....

is that she put the car in gear and hit the gas....

The car only accelerated after she was shot. She was turning away from the officer, and when the car grazed him, it was going very slowly. He was in no danger, looking at the video - and he didn't even lose his footing. Had he jumped back, it wouldn't have even made contact, but he chose to pull his gun, aim & shoot.

Which put the street at greater risk. It was lucky that there weren't people standing around that car that her car careened into.

She put the car in gear and stepped on the gas... She did not get out of the car as instructed... Exactly...she endangered the officer and anyone who might have been around... The minute She put it into gear and it moved at all it became a weapon...

We just had a very similar trial here of an officer who was arrested for firing into the car when it moved forward... When the girl chose not to get out as instructed.... She was killed... He was found innocent... You don't move the car...

You aren't a cop he was trying to protect himself and other cops. He wanted to stop her before she ran another cop over.
