Disagreeing with what you think is the content of the video is not a breach in either direction. HIs breach was suggesting someone here "needed" the porn. In this post he simply disagrees with the other person as to the content of the video evidence. This is not the same thing.

So you are saying that saying she "demands" child pornography is OK, but saying she "needs" it is a step too far.
When you say "server" do you mean "server"? A server would have a log of who accessed the information. That would be a huge information get. It may only be 1% of what is on the server, but it would be a huge amount of information that if crowd sourced could really blow this case apart.
Do you have a credit card? Have you seen the amount of paperwork those suckers generate? But it does make a good way to figure out what someone is doing. Obviously, it will not record the park you sit in, but it will record the gas station on the side of town as the park, and the sandwich shop next to the park.
I reassure you there is no known way to alter financial records. The checksums are published at the time, and while theoretically possible to alter the data to match the checksums, it would take an impossible amount of computer time, and the altering of other financial records that would set off alarm bells if altered.

They really are not, but I will humor you here. How do you alter financial records so they still match a checksum that was made public at the time? You need to make the new records make sense, so rather than being one in a googel number of possibilities, it would be closer to a one in a googelplex number of possibilities. And it is going to mess up all the other records in the database; making sense is not the exact same.
It is the "clever word play" that @Damocles said was alright.
