No one is required to PROVE their innocence; because our Judicial system is based on, INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

Let's make it simple for you. Preventing the jurors from hearing the evidence is obstruction. That is one of the charges that Nixon quit before getting nailed with it. He does not have the right to demand that all in the admin refuse subpoenas. that is obstruction,. he does not have the power to stop all documentation from reaching the Senate and House. that is a crime..obstruction.
You really do not understand how justice works, do you?

Let's make it clear for you, NO ITS NOT, when the president does it, up and until a COURT says so. Why you fail to comprehend this is troublesome. Are you just that dumb or is it bias? I mean there is litterally decades of precedence. No other president has been impeached for doing this.

My question is what happened to the quid pro quo? Bribery? You know the original charges leveled against trump AND those he is supposedly obstructing from?

You are very confused. The quid quo pro is proven conclusively. Trump's first partial release did that. As more came out his perfect letter was a confession. He was the only one who benefitted from the deal he offered. He can say "we "meant something else, but only he got something. It was him.
Trump has obstructed from the beginning. Obstruction is against the law. If he were innocent, he would have said sure, you can talk to anyone and under oath, because I have nothing to hide. Trump is as normal, acting like a man with much to hide. He demanded that no documentation be released. Even personal , like Sondland. He was not permitted to use his own paperwork when he testified, Why? because Trump refused to let go of them. Trump is a crook and shows it to all who can see.

There was no evidence. It was almost all opinion and hearsay. Every witness asked said they had no direct evidence lol. A political witchhunt to sway the 2020 election by a bunch of traitors that should be hung. They are worst than russians because I expect it from our enemy.
