Want to know the REAL reason the left is GOING CRAZY about Musk shutting down fraud/abuse

Because they KNOW that shutting off the decades long system of fraud and abuse is only STEP ONE. Step one is starving the beast of its food,... which is " money" It cant function without it because it consumes it so fast . Step 2 and step 3 is what they REALLY FEAR though. Step 2 is accountability,....meaning seizure of assets. " Oh,...that 12 million dollar house you have that was paid for on the publics dime.....OURS NOW, to be auctioned off and sold to help repay your debt back to the American people! " Oh,......that portfolio of yours,...yeah,...that's GONE TOO! "

And finally.....Step 3.....Consequences. Yes......there will be people going to prison,...a LOT of people,....well known people. They must pay the price for the crimes they committed and it must be done publicly. Just as in the days of old when the worst were hung in the public square for ALL TO SEE as a visual warning and constant reminder about what happens to people who break the law,... this too will happen but it will be a prison cell instead of a rope. They should feel lucky actually. The days of businesses as usual corruption are OVER. We will be seeing that in real time now.......

I don't know of ONE " lib" that doesn't want to see WASTE and fraud cut, but you don't need to go in with a bulldozer to do the job a saw could do.
Most of the " LIBS" I know are more worried that programs poor people and hard working AMERICANS need to survive are going to be butchered and these people will suffer, and some will not be able to get food or be able to put a roof over their heads.
Go in cut the WASTE and clear up / stop the fraud but don't cut these programs so many AMERICANS really need.
We don't want to see the poor and hard working AMERICANS hurt.

They will not cut programs that are necessary and benefit Americans... But they will clean them up so that money is used appropriately and not wasted... And unfortunately in some of the programs that is happening....

Trump has already said he is going to cut some of these programs .
Time will tell.

You always put the cart before the horse....I'm not sure why.. I'm happy to see That they're cleaning up programs.
Programs that use our money... So that people can actually benefit more from them. Way way too much Money misspent for far too long... Some of the programs were absolutely insanity.....I'm sure you saw that and Agree that they should be ended..

This beast will be starved.
 
It's just like the need to clean up educational funding..
The money is there.Unfortunately , the students and the teachers for the last ones to see it... Ask any teacher how much money they spend every year.I'm surprised tha Ask any teacher how much money they spend every year Find basics and other supplies so that they can do their job... But All the administrators have gorgeous offices.... And get travel expenses et cetera... I am so happy with the way things are unfolding... Thank you, President Trump.....

I never said NOT to clean them up and cut waste and fraud just don't go in with a bulldozer when a small saw will do the job.
Again they are not done yet so when they are and people in the USA get hurt and don't have these programs they NEED to survive it will be too late to go back.
Maybe you should wake up and take a look at what is happening and what Trump has been saying he is going to do.
CUT the waste and fraud do not destroy programs working Americans and working poor need to get by.

They're just bulldozing the garbage.... There hasn't even been a pause in most of our programs. I know what's happening. I see it every day...... You're just reading Comments from angry people and watching the news Reported by more angry people...And that's not an accurate way of looking at things. Like you mentioning additional cost for packages coming from Canada.... You don't really know... And you said as such....

And getting rid of the education dept. will only cut funding to some of the most neediest states and our education system will suffer.
As it is some red states in the south don't fund their schools enough.
Take money away from them and watch what happens.
We will be going from bad to worse.

Again we will have to wait and see.
Once a program is gone it is very hard to get back.

And that is simply not true... If the department of education was so wonderful there wouldn't be so many problems... School systems need to learn how to function Independently.... Guided by the state and local systems... That should have been done a long time ago...

The education dept. is the dept giving them funds to keep their schools running, so lets get rid of it and not give the states that really needed funding for their schools and let them either cut needed programs and make the states fund it themselves.
When those funds are cut some red states will have to either cut needed programs or raise their school taxes or sit back and watch their schools get even worse then they are now.
Magas got what they wanted now sit back and see what happens

Yes , the federal government should not be dictating what the states need to be doing... They haven't a clue what's going on... What do you think is going to happen And where are you getting your information?
