We can't afford NOT TO do single payer health care

Right. So eliminating that foolishness would help everyone. Getting rid of insurance altogether would be even better.

We aren't going to get rid of insurance, modern medicine has to many cost! Robotic surgery,MRI's etc!
The days of old Doc Adams doing it all are over!

So would services!

Not at all...insurance companies do not have anything to do with how your doctor treats you. All insurance companies do is stand between you and your doctor and think of excuses for why they can't pay the full claim.

The only reason insurance companies deny claims is because paying them cuts into their profits.

Well something needs to be done because health care is getting more expensive while life expectancy and other health outcomes have gotten worse, particularly in the last 3 years.

you should actually talk to the doctors to find out why that is.........because I have and the answer is not what you would think it is.

Yes, you do. And you do your job like a good little boy. Why do you hate college educations so much? Couldn't afford it or couldn't get in? Both?

you need to believe that, otherwise it makes your pursuits worthless. I understand. I've met too many college graduates that couldn't be trusted to dig a latrine hole. I'll bet you're one of them. Typical leftist tactic about the financial shaming.......

in other words, your opinions are worth shit, or less, because you don't understand the whole issue, you just listen to YOUR handlers.

The American system results in millions without access to healthcare. Obama tried to fix that. We spend double what any other industrial nation and get worse care. We have thousands of bankruptcies caused by healthcare costs. We have many without health maintenance. People go without the drugs they need, like insulin.
When Americans live abroad, our healthcare is one big thing they do not miss.
Our system is built on profits, not service. Doctors make money by the procedure, not the results.

Untrue. Insurance is precisely the problem. When you go to the doctor with your insurance card who is then doctors customer?

I see. So your response is, "I know you are, but what am I?" And you think you're smarter than . . . anyone? You're about on par with aquarium algae. I was honestly curious why you hate college educations so much, but of course, you're incapable of providing a coherent, relevant answer. Whether you couldn't get in because of merit or your inability to pay (I funded my undergrad degree with federal loans and jobs), I do know that college graduates tend to earn more than others. That tends to play a part in attitudes like yours, but I won't assume a conclusion in an anonymous internet forum.

I gave you the answer. you hate it because you're one of them that can't be trusted to dig a latrine hole correctly. As for them earning more........some employers are starting to figure out that scam. When they hire a college graduate to come in and do my job, but I have to train them...........there's a fucking problem and it's not me. Your theory of my 'inability to get in to college' is just your leftist shaming tactic because you don't know facts, so you just assume. oh, look at that, you assumed, so you're also a typical leftist hypocrite.

the insurance industry, itself, is a scam and you should know this with your touted critical thinking skills you supposedly learned in college.

Right, which is why I want to get rid of them and replace them with Medicare for All.

Insurance companies do nothing to improve or enhance the care your doctor provides; they are not in the exam room, they do not run the tests, they do not prescribe treatment...they merely stand in between you and your doctor and come up with excuses for why they can't pay the claim.

But we know the reason why...paying the claim cuts into their bottom line, and the goal of every single insurance company is to make the highest profit possible.

A M4A system has no profit motive so there is no reason to deny care at all.

again, insurance is a scam. instead of consolidating the scam and corruption in to a select few who will become insanely wealthy through supposed regulation, we should free up that 'market' by ensuring that insurance companies can't put a stranglehold on healthcare providers.

Why not just get rid of insurance companies altogether? Insurance companies inadvertently (or intentionally) create provider networks that freeze patients out. They do not enhance or improve the care your doctor gives you. All they do is stand in between you and your doctor and come up with excuses for why they won't pay your claim.

The goal of an insurance company is to make the highest profit possible and they achieve that by not paying claims.

A single payer, government-run system simply doesn't have that motive, so there's no claim that it would deny because it's not trying to make a profit.

Meidcare for all is insurance. It's just changing who runs the insurance company.

Profit isn't the enemy of health care.

Unfortunately, insurance companies do not play any part in the actual delivery of health care.

All insurance companies do is *maybe* reimburse your provider for the care they gave you, after you've already received the treatment. If they deny the claim, then you're fucked.

I can tell that I've triggered your inferior mind. Sorry you're having another bad day.

You're the one who's been railing against education, unprovoked. There's a reason for that, and it stems from your insecurities. If education wasn't for you -- and it clearly wasn't -- then I don't particularly care. I'm just curious about why the alt right despise education. And I usually know why. ;)

I am for Medicare for all, everyone pays in workers ,companies!
