It really does not exist, and it really is not presented in court. It is now too late.

You really cannot argue that the evidence was presented in court. But I guess you can argue why it was not. If there are 11,000 witnesses, why were their ZERO presented? The only other theory (other than there was no evidence) is that trump is involved with something so horrible he needs to cover it up.
