What I’m hearing, and it makes a lot of sense, this is likely to happen Thursday, not Tuesday.
Now that Trump has called for protests on Tuesday, it would make sense for them to wait even if it was planned for Tuesday. The New York Times is reporting that there is at least one more witness before the decision is made, granted that could happen Monday or Tuesday morning with an indictment Tuesday afternoon, we will see.

The American flag has stood as a symbol of freedom and justice for over 225 years. Through wars and in times of peace, the sight of the American flag has given notice to foes and assurances to friends that democracy lives. No other symbol captures the power and glory of our nation like the American flag.
I want to see Trump reach around and hug the American Flag that sits behind the witness chair in the Courtroom of his upcoming trial!
I doubt that he will even take the stand in any of his trials, but I believe that he should.
I would like to see if Trump truly still believes in the American Flag, and what it truly stands for, that he has used as a prop to Cover-up and hide behind while carrying out all of his many crimes and ethical violations since 2015, before, and after!
And believe me, it does not belong at Trump's 1/6 Coup event to overthrow the American Government and our fair elections.
