One...I, personally, have not been screaming for impeachment...and lots of people I know on the left HAVE NOT EITHER. In fact, it is the opinion of many of us that "impeachment" is something that should be put on the back burner...UNTIL THE REPUBLICANS FINALLY GROW ENOUGH SPINE to bring the abomination, Donald Trump, into check.

Yes, winning an election is not grounds for impeachment...so one should not be suggesting impeachment of Donald Trump because he won an election.

Being a first-class incompetent, fucking moron also is not grounds for impeachment...so one should not be suggesting impeachment of Donald Trump just because he is a first-class, incompetent, fucking moron.

We agree on all that.

But there may come a point where impeachment makes sense. I actually hope it doesn't happen, because it will do even more damage to our Republic than the reprehensible Donald Trump and his supporters already have done.

So we are kinda on the same side, Abrams.
 
Left not pushing impeachment. The reds have the senate and it would require a 2/3rds vote. We know that will not happen. We are waiting for Mueller. He has investigated Trump and his minions for 2 years. If he finds nothing, Trump and the rightys are home free.

Monika Lewinsky was of legal age sexually, and made her own decisions to incite Bill Clinton sexually. But no!- No serial Sexual Harasser here! Bill Clinton was sexually harassed by Monika Lewinski, and when Bill Clinton told her, their little office affair had to end, she went out and exposed him to the public in retaliation.

He makes my young Nephew seem smart. He saw Trump speaking on TV, and corrected some of his speech.

Trump has a lot of rough edges.
I like his policies. He really tries to make decisions that are best for America and it’s citizens.

I doubt if he's capable of making a decision that is best for anyone but Trump. His RW populism is a reflection of that - he identified issues that would resonate with a certain section of people, and came up with simple-minded policies to match. Maybe he believes them, maybe not, but the purpose was always to feed HIS ego.

Trump listened to and contributed to the Right Wing Noise machine for years. Then he stepped out of it spewing the talking points from the machine and boom, he got nominated and elected.
