What does Bush's 2004 election say about America?

They were not going into Iraq. His "plan" was already doomed. So, I took the rest of it and listened. It was "What he said, but with 10K more troops around Baghdad."

Except they were asked about it and said that under no terms would they help. Geez man. You have selective memory.

1) What they said they would do, is often not what they will do.

2) I never heard any nation or orginization say that they would absolutly not help. The UN never voted on such a thing, because they have yet to be asked.

My memory is not selective.

It is. Both France and Germany made it very clear that they were not going to send troops to Iraq even if Kerry was elected.

Though Germany did say that they would be more likely to help in other ventures.

Would you go and bail out a country with an arrogant assed "you are either for us or against us" leader ?
who also sneaked bolotn in there on you ?

"You're getting bolton Dammit"

I do believe that we should act humbly and ask for assistance though. Does anybody remember Bush saying that the US should act humbly and use their power sparingly?

Yeah yeah, I love you baby, I'll call you in the morning, I promise I just want to lay next to you, I won't do anything...

You fell for it, not me.

Had it been 100% exactly what he did, you still wouldn't have voted for him. This "You fell for it." repetition is BS.

On a national Level I almost always vote party over person due to SCOTUS choices and other things. In the one instance it was Bush who put me off that pattern. Oh, and Coors.

OMG, YOU voted for Pete Coors?

Ech. I just don't even know what to say. Ech.

No, he was also an example when I voted against the R candidate on a national level. Bush, and Coors.

Before the 2004 election. I always voted Party over person on the national level because of other considerations such as caucusing, judicial nominations, etc.

Oh. Yet another misunderstanding. Maybe Enlish isn't your first language, because I know it's mine. And I don't speak Russian, so I think we know who the onus is on. :)

As did I. Salazar got my vote.

LOL, yep topper the finiancial genius has a bit of trouble with math :)

Anyway, I figure Whomever gets in will be a one termer. I expect things already in motion to get worse and the person in the office will be blamed.

I belive Germany and France would have helped if Kerry had been elected, asked them to and it ment open bidding for rebuilding projects.
