Except they were asked about it and said that under no terms would they help. Geez man. You have selective memory.
It is. Both France and Germany made it very clear that they were not going to send troops to Iraq even if Kerry was elected.1) What they said they would do, is often not what they will do.
2) I never heard any nation or orginization say that they would absolutly not help. The UN never voted on such a thing, because they have yet to be asked.
My memory is not selective.
I do believe that we should act humbly and ask for assistance though. Does anybody remember Bush saying that the US should act humbly and use their power sparingly?
Had it been 100% exactly what he did, you still wouldn't have voted for him. This "You fell for it." repetition is BS.Yeah yeah, I love you baby, I'll call you in the morning, I promise I just want to lay next to you, I won't do anything...
You fell for it, not me.

On a national Level I almost always vote party over person due to SCOTUS choices and other things. In the one instance it was Bush who put me off that pattern. Oh, and Coors.
No, he was also an example when I voted against the R candidate on a national level. Bush, and Coors.OMG, YOU voted for Pete Coors?
Ech. I just don't even know what to say. Ech.

Before the 2004 election. I always voted Party over person on the national level because of other considerations such as caucusing, judicial nominations, etc.
France and Germany. So what nations said they will not help.?

Hillary is getting us out in 08
They were doing that before the election. You didn't read the story at all. They made it clear that your Faith that they would did not reflect the reality that they said they would not.
