What happened to States Rights?

So it is an interesting argument.

Is it really a states rights issue when what NYC is doing impacts interstate commerce? If it only impacted New Yorkers, then I would lean more toward states rights.

I remember when you cockroaches didn't
I have always believed in a balanced federalist system as designed by the Constitution.

Roads, seem to fall directly in the State preview, except maybe interstates.

You love to deflect for your Messiah's goals.

Remember when Trumppers used to believe in States Rights?
It's just proof they were lying all along. The fact the militias supported the violent overthrow of the US government to install a dictator and are now supporting this effort is proof they were lying about "restoring the Constitution" and "State's Rights".

I see, so slavery did not affect interstate commerce?

Deflection. I've never supported a president directly taking over a state roadway system.
Nobody is taking over a state roadway system. As I said, one could argue that this is not something that only impacts New Yorkers. It impacts those from surrounding states that travel to and from New York.

do you try to be boring on purpose?
I have your attention so I can't be that boring, Don.

How long do you think you'll survive when Trump cancels all US elections and declares himself President-for-Life? Will your end be quick or will it be excruciatingly painful such as being dowsed in lighter fluid and lit up?

Were the surrounding states complaining? This was helping NYC control outrageous traffic. Any interstate commerce was going around the city anyway, there are faster (and cheaper) ways around the city.

what does one have to do with the other? deflection on your part?

stop acting as if you are some states rights warrior all of a sudden. You aren't

Just another typical Jarod clickbait thread
You set the standard for why something was a federal issue v. a State issue. Clearly slavery was affecting the economy and wellbeing of other states.
