Pay attention please. CRT states that racism is not just a personal thing, formed by an individual's prejudice, but something that is embedded in the American system, they call this "systemic racism". The Oxford dictionary defines systemic racism as "policies and practices that exist throughout a whole society or organization, and that result in and support a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race."
Prove it.
The idea that racism must be written into law to exist is diametrically opposed to my position that racism is hatred, hatred is emotional, and emotions are personal. The only possible way to eliminate racism is an individual change of heart. Laws AGAINST racism exist at every level of government, education and business. Yet no one has been able to provide me with an example of racism that is codified, which would make it "systemic".
Maybe its true that you can pick out a dozen racist shitheads on this site. That goes to my point that it's an individual thing. What are you going to do about it? Remember, there are laws AGAINST racism. Will we see you in court?
Duh. Tell it the CRT idiots.
