Decisions can be over turned. It was decided at one point that blacks were inferior and could be slaves. It was legal to OWN another person. We changed that once we as a society realized just how wrong that was.

It is not, however, a human life any more than a skin cell is. A human zygote, human fetus, infant, child, teen, or adult, however, is a separately developing human life, listed in the order of stages here for your perusal...

Nothing in this post has any relevance to what he said.

Before the ACA there was no need to "grandfather" anything, the law's "grandfather" clause was designed to cause everybody to be forced onto the exchanges. That he pretended he didn't know that and repeatedly declared you can "keep your plan. period." was the problem.
