Prepare for him telling you they are not real indictments. The 6 Trumpies who have confessed are not real Trumpies or were cheated and lied to.Maybe not going to real jail. They were just too stupid and overpowered by Mueller's people. They are the best people and deserve immunity from the law. Now, ignorance of the law is an excuse.

I thought the Mueller investigation was to uncover the Trump campaign collusion with the Russians to illegally influence the 2016 Presidential election? Seems Mr. Mueller has failed, huh?

They are not required to provide you a free lawyer; you are correct he should have never spoken with them without one at the very least; and it does appear as if they threatened/intimidated him into not obtaining legal counsel before he was interviewed.

Intimidated or frightened him? He was a lifetime military intelligence officer who became a Lt. General. He knew his rights. If Mueller questioned you, you would obtain a representative. It is not some esoteric knowledge. I bet everyone who talked to Mueller had a lawyer. Cohen, a lawyer, had lanny Davis representing him.

There is ample indication that he was interviewed twice without a lawyer. His lawyer's position is that they strong-armed him into giving those interviews without counsel and that those interviews were the basis of his conviction for lying to the investigators. The only potential hitch to his giddyup at this point is that he was represented by counsel when he entered into his plea agreement which could be seen as a waiver of his right to offer the defense since generally the best he could hope for would be to have his guilty plea vacated and then have to face a full trial on the evidence.

Here is the main crux of this issue; Flynn supposedly did not tell the agents he had engaged in talking with a Russian Ambassador about sanctions.

Now please find me the law that Flynn broke in the first place. Is an incoming administration not supposed to speak to Ambassadors of other nations? Please cite the criminal code that Flynn had broken.
