I'm "ignoramous," you are the one who failed to answer the question, "is he in any position or will he ever be in any position to actually accomplish what he says?"

The gun manufacturers own the NRA,
and the myth is that the Gov't is coming to take away your guns,
was very prevalent back in 2008 and 2012, gun sales went thru the roof, yet after eight years, no one came to take away anyone's toys, what a surprise
Toys are objects kids use for amusement, but otherwise, they are basically useless, the same can be said for guns, except of course kids don't play with them, just some adults, the majority know they aren't meant for amusement
So now you are going to tell us you have a Constitutional right to have bullets?
And no one has reducing crime as the primary goal of regulating access to guns, but rather, hoping to lessen the possibility of being murdered by a gun, especially some dimwit who has a beef with his boss or society in general
Want to try again?

No they don't; that's a moronic LIE and it is patently LAME. You can't post without lying can you.
No one is saying that. It's the Democratic Party of the Jackass that wants to take our guns. I wish you could get one thing right.
The second is intended to prevent Government tyranny. If you had not dropped out of high school you would have learned this. We have MORE to fear from an all powerful Government than any criminal element. If you weren't such a willful idiot, you would know why.
LIE and LAME.
No dumbass, the same cannot be said about guns unless you are a low IQ moron on steroids.![]()
You can't make bullets illegal you dunce.
Not ONE existing gun law, or future gun law would have prevented ANY of the mass shootings we have experienced. Not one. It is moronic to suggest that MORE regulation will stop these lunatics.
Again, the reason they are committing these atrocities is for the sensationalized way they will be portrayed by the media. Stop sensationalizing them and making it a major PHONY narrative and the mass shootings will eventually end.
No; I think we have proven enough what a patently uninformed fool you are for one day.
I don't think that we'd see door to door confiscations.Just curious what people think about how that would play out in the real world if it was tried.
My guess is that several states, counties and cities would immediately pass laws forbidding law enforcement from complying with the laws. I'm certain that many Sheriffs, chiefs and individual officers would refuse to comply as well.
I want to be absolutely clear that I don't advocate for violence, but I believe many otherwise law abiding citizens would target and kill police. Police would leave the job, en masse, resulting in exponential increases in violent and property crime, and general chaos would ensue. I believe that any attempt to confiscate firearms from law abiding Americans would result in far more deaths than all the mass shootings combined.
I'd like to hear what people think about the subject. Am I correct? Or would the millions of gun owners in the country passively comply? Liberals, feel free to make your dumb Barney Fife comments.
***Minimal thread bans. Banning Character Assassin because he is the most useless shit poster on the forum. I wasn't going to ban domer from this one, but I realized that he is far too stupid to speculate about what might happen in a hypothetical situation (we've all seen his moronic if/would posts).***
I don't think that we'd see door to door confiscations.
We'd see the ammosexual/underendowed idiots who walk around in public with semi automatic rifles being approached and disarmed.
Usual "truthie" nothing
Yeah, yeah, for years we've been hearing the Democrats are going to take away guns, as I said, a biggie in 2008, but surprisingly nothing happened, right up there with death panels and seeing Russia out the back door, only the saps buy it
And then the predictable insults, but you got to love the "sensationalized way they will be portrayed by the media" as the reason for mass shootings, yeah, easy to see how that motivated Stephen Paddock to shoot over four hundred people, somewhere
As I've said, always entertaining
That's pretty funny, is their any alarmist myth that the gun manufactures, aka NRA, could initiate that the gun crowd wouldn't believe? You can sleep well tonight, no one is coming to take away your toys, and regulating weapons doesn't mean confiscation
But to play along with your fantasy, no one has to knock on your door to render your guns useless, all they have to do is eliminate the sale of bullets, when your stockpile expires, their useless
But to play along with your fantasy,
Nothing but the usual control freak delusions. The gun manufacturers own the NRA, and the myth is that the Gov't is coming to take away your guns, was very prevalent back in 2008 and 2012, gun sales went thru the roof, yet after eight years, no one came to take away anyone's toys, what a surprise

Yeah, that's what conservatives said about segregation back in the day
Typical control freak delusion and tactic. Dehumanizing those who have the strongest argument against your position.I don't think that we'd see door to door confiscations.

No, it's a thread designed to exhibit the stupidity of control freaks.Stupid premise. Nobody can or will confiscate guns. It is a thread designed to infuriate gun lovers.
I just told you how it would go. Keeping the weapons out of Walmart is the goal. If owners have to keep them locked in the house, that's a great first step.I'm not asking if people think it will happen. There are many on the left who say they support confiscation, including some running for president. I'm just curious as to how people think it would go, if confiscation were to be attempted. I think it's even more non feasible than the rest of the dems lunatic ideas.
Taking over a vacant building in the off season was a joke. They were starving/dehydrated, and the general public sent them candy dildos. There is a large number of people who would hand them over, but not all of them. Some would simply hide them from the government, others would actively fight against confiscation (if you don't believe that these folks exist then you don't remember just a while ago people taking over a government building over cattle grazing). There are enough that would fight against confiscation that it would cause problems and will likely not be suggested by anybody who actually has a chance of winning a national election.
All the guns? Who said anything about that? The usual ignorant BS that's all we ever see from the control freaks. It's actually pretty simple to make your own ammunition. Plus all you would accomplish would be to create yet another uncontrollable black market. Your fantasy is that guns are the problem. If you did manage to get rid of all of the guns, crime would skyrocket.
