1. Legalistic bullshit. Palestine is a clearly defined territory with specific inhasbitants. I know Yanks love imperialism, but that has nothing to do with the matter.

So tell me how did this territory become clearly defined?
And since when has a territory been determined that it is a country onto itself?
Did the same British declaration that created the territory of Palestine not also map out a part of said territory for a home for the Jewish people that became Israel?

I suggest you look up the definition of a territory.
